It is important to know where your food comes from and to know that it is being produced in a healthy, safe, and ecologically friendly manner.
One of our main focus is Food Safety and Quality. To maintain our standards we have stringent controls in place through various on-going programs including HACCP, traceability, and good management practices (GMP’s) comprising of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s). The detailed individual standards and practices range from general plant operating procedures, to department specific, to product specific.
Government inspectors also oversee our meat processing to verify compliance with health regulations.
We are proud that the meat products we sell are processed in our plant with safe working conditions, by workers that earn a fair wage, using methods that do not damage the environment.
